Prenatal Yoga helps to prepare you and your body for the changes you go through during pregnancy.
When: Saturdays from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM

Val received her training with YOGAFIT Canada. It is an internationally recognized school recognized by leading fitness organizations and health clubs in North America. She continues to train and plans on attending several trainings in 2015, including Thai Yoga Massage. She did achieve pre-natal training with YOGAFIT Canada in 2014.
During the classes we will have a warm up, work phase and cool down, ending with a beautiful Savasana and short meditation. She will use Yogafit seven principles of alignment to help achieve maximum benefits while reducing the potential for injury. As an instructor she can assure you she will be compassionate and understanding as Mom’s body begins to go through changes.
Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow or 2 to class. We will use these as props for some of the poses. Please have your doctor or midwife provide a note of consent to practice Yoga for Pregnancy.
